 Annual Lake Chicot Fall Festival

            October 21st and 22nd, 2016

VENDOR APPLICATION FORM

We invite you to participate in our 20th Annual Lake Chicot Fall Festival 2016!  The festival starts on Friday, October 21st at 5pm and closes on Saturday, October 22nd at 7pm (vendor set-up begins at 2pm on Friday, October 21st or you may set up between 6am-9:30am Saturday, October 22nd).

It is our desire to produce a wholesome, family oriented festival; therefore the sale of guns (real or plastic), laser devices, or knives is prohibited.  We hope you decide to join us and become a part of our community for this special day.  We are making it a priority to secure a limited quantity of vendors in each category for our annual event. Here is a partial listing of events that will occur during this year’s festival: ribs, chicken and ‘Kids Back Yard Best’ cook-offs, award winning BBQ, BEST DOG SHOW EVER, kids’ games, live entertainment, and more.

Booths are 18’ wide by 10’ deep.  BOOTHS MEASURING MORE THAN 18 FEET, INCLUDING TRAILER HITCH, MUST RENT 2 SPACES (2nd space maybe discounted depending on how much space is required.)

Booths $60 each (non affiliated parties & individuals)

Electricity $40 extra, I will need electricity: 110_______ 220________ (limited spaces available)

1. These are flat fees. No commission will be collected.

2. Spaces C20 through C28 are reserved for a cook off competition participants.

3. Vendors are not allowed to sell Festival t-shirts, hats, etc.

4. Electricity is available only 1-19. Booths with electricity will pay an additional $40.

5. Spaces will be available for setting up booths at 2pm on Friday, October 21st.  A security person will be on duty from 9pm Friday night to 6:30am Saturday morning, at which time chamber members will be around.

6. We will not assign by telephone. Please SUBMIT first, second, and third choice of location, please refer to enclosed map.  {Use care in specifying which location ex. 10 or O10 or A10} We reserve the right to assign you to a comparable space as the one requested. Please have your application in by Oct. 9, 2016.

Application hereby agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring organization from any responsibility, personal liability, loss claim, or damage, in connection with this event.  You will be required to comply with Ark. Act 370, which deals with exhibitors’ sales tax.  If you are a food vendor you should have a permit from the Health Department.

The Lake Village Chamber Of Commerce reserves the exclusive right to sell official Festival T-shirts, hats, BBQ  dinners. A map showing your approximate location will be mailed to you upon receipt of your completed application and fee remittance, payable to Lake Village Chamber Of Commerce. Please include a self-address, stamped envelope, with your completed Application.
